Important: This Action is Permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data including study progress, achievements, and subscription history. This action cannot be undone.
How to Delete Your Data
Delete from the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Studynautz app:
- Open the Studynautz app on your device
- Go to Settings (tap on your profile icon)
- Scroll down and tap "Account Settings"
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision by entering your password
- Tap "Permanently Delete" to confirm
Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to our privacy team:
Send an email to:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include:
- Your registered email address
- Your full name on the account
- Reason for deletion (optional)
What Data Gets Deleted?
Permanently Deleted
- Your account and profile information
- Study progress and performance data
- Achievements and badges
- Saved notes and bookmarks
- AI chat history
- Leaderboard rankings
- Premium subscription data
Retained Data (Anonymized)
- Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics for analytics (not linked to you)
- Transaction records for legal/tax compliance (stored securely for required period)
- Data required by law to be retained
Deletion Timeline
Request Received
We receive your deletion request and verify your identity
Account Deactivated (Immediate)
Your account is immediately deactivated and you can no longer sign in
Data Deletion (Within 30 days)
All personal data is permanently deleted from our servers and backup systems
Confirmation Email
You'll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Have an Active Subscription?
Remember to cancel your subscription through Google Play Store before deleting your account to avoid future charges. Account deletion does not automatically cancel Play Store subscriptions.
