Studynautz is an educational platform designed to help Nigerian students prepare for examinations including JAMB, WAEC, and NECO. Our Service includes:

• Study Materials: Access to past questions, explanations, and educational content
• Practice Tests: Simulated CBT exams with timing and scoring
• AI Study Assistant: AI-powered tutoring and question explanations
• Progress Tracking: Analytics and performance monitoring
• Gamification: Leaderboards, achievements, and daily challenges
• Premium Features: Additional content and features available through subscription

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Google Play Store
• Subscription prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or your local currency
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play Store settings

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store's refund policies. For subscription-related issues, please contact Google Play support or reach out to us for assistance.

When using Studynautz, you agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service
• Harass, bully, or harm other users
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Engage in cheating, fraud, or academic dishonesty
• Circumvent subscription requirements or payment systems

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6.1 Our Content

All content on Studynautz, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Studynautz or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

6.3 User Content

Any content you submit (such as feedback, suggestions, or comments) grants us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• All content is accurate, complete, or current
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDYNAUTZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes, we will provide notice through the app or via email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
